Summer Bedding

Thousands of summer bedding plants are thriving in our greenhouses and there’s a huge variety of flower colours and shapes to choose from.

We’ve been sowing, growing and nurturing the plants since March and hopefully May will see the end of any late frosts, so safe to plant out!

Don’t forget that we can also refill last years hanging baskets for you. Just bring them along and let us know what you fancy and we'll have them ready for your outside space around the end of May.

Watch Clare’s video in the blog section on how to create great summer hanging baskets. Plenty of tips to ensure that you get the most from your plants all summer long.

Perennials

The herbaceous perennials are in full swing and the benches are now fully stocked.

.We grow over 400 varieties in total, so we now have room in the growing tunnels for some of the later flowering varieties such as Salvia ‘Hot Lips’ and Alstroemeria.

Plus, we’ll be growing on a second batch of the ever popular cottage garden plants such as Penstemon, Gaura, Scabious and Verbena.

King’s Coronation & Bank Holidays

With the King’s Coronation and a plethora of bank holidays this month, there’s (hopefully) plenty of opportunity to get stuck into some gardening. Our normal opening hours apply throughout.

Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm

Sunday 10am - 4pm
